Delivery Processing Time for Local Orders

  • All local orders received on our site are processed within 3 to 5 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Processing Time for International Orders

  • All international orders received on our site are processed within 3 to 5 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
  • International shipping from Mauritius may take up to 30 days delivery time and may vary depending on your location.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Countries

  • We deliver to most regions worldwide namely the US, Canada, Europe, South Africa and Australia.
  • We may not be able to support the delivery of goods / services to some parts of the world, based on delivery experience or import/export restrictions.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking can be done with the shipping provider tracking system

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • You will have to pay for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed by customs during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Loss of Product

  • Kelyf Games is not liable for any product lost during shipping. If your order has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
